Our client wanted the brochure design to reflect the simple, tasteful and elegant life the area offered. The brochure conveyed a sense of ease of living, grace and natural charm that captured the essence of the property. This was a residential property brochure design with a difference, setting a few pulses racing around the office. (Who wouldn’t want to live in glorious California wine country?)
The copywriting reflected the life surrounding the area, full of laid back charm, with a relaxed friendly tone. The overall approach captured the essence of the proposition, helped reflect the brand, and resonated well with the slightly older, more affluent target buyer seeking their quiet country retreat.
The brochure employed both CGI and photography to paint the picture of a perfect residential retreat high in the hills, with warm tones used throughout, and expansive landscape photography to capture the grandeur of the location.
