The devil is in the detail and this is certainly true when it comes to commercial property brochure design and CGI.
Here at Urban3d we relish the challenge of interpreting your vision and creating truly compelling imagery to communicate you project to the world.
As experienced 3D Artists, our team was well versed in the process of commercial property brochure design. As part of the Daventry Town Centre Regeneration Project we were commissioned to model 3 views of a Henry Boot’s proposed retail and leisure complex to be built at Mulberry Place.
This meant mocking up some well-known high street names in the areas of food drink and leisure to give a sense of the potential of this development, and populating the scene with shoppers and pedestrians to give a busy, vibrant feel. An image like this is supposed to get people talking and create a real buzz, which is something that we think we managed to achieve.
This job included one image of the 6 screen cinema, which they hope to be part of the site and the team had fun dropping in some hints to their favourite films as posters in the foyer. All in all this job gave us a chance to be creative within the brief, which is always enjoyable.
